Hi there! I am Giovanna and welcome to my website.
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at Insper in São Paulo, Brazil, with a 2024 research stay at Princeton University as a Visiting Student Research Collaborator. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics from FECAP in São Paulo (2019). I am a member of the LEME Lab (Laboratory for Violence Reduction) and GeFam (Brazilian Society of Family and Gender Economics). My work focuses on development economics and applied econometrics, with a focus on crime and gender violence.
